BNP don’t like Bangladeshis either

The BNP are now upset with the Bangladeshi community. And what is scary is that although they accept that these youth are not extremist, they imply that no foreign community can integrate at all.

In the video report young Bangladeshi youths speak out in favour of the virtues of their Bangladeshi community and make it clear that they are Muslim first, Bangladeshi second and British last! And, in our opinon, these youths can hardly be described as “extremists”!

Another nail, we suspect, in the coffin of integration!

Ayan Hirshi Ali spouts more lies to sell her book

I’m sure you all remember Ayan Hirshi Ali. The fraudster who tricked the Dutch into giving her citizenship and the charlatan who lied about Muslims at every opportunity and was consequently embraced by the right wing media.

It seems that she is back to her old tricks. After moving to America she is now spouting more lies about Muslims, and this time to get her book sold. Her latest offering “Why they deny the holocaust?” is a new piece she has written for the LA Times. In it she uses the comments of her half sister (who also applied for asylum but was rejected) to highlight that ALL Muslims deny the holocaust.

Of course, there is nothing to prove that she has a half sister, that her half sister even said what is alleged and no mention of why her half sister was rejected asylum. My guess is that she wasn’t prepared to tell as many lies as Ayan was.

Yet the most puzzling passage in her rant is this:

What’s striking about Ahmadinejad’s conference is the (silent) acquiescence of mainstream Muslims. I cannot help but wonder: Why is there no counter-conference in Riyadh, Cairo, Lahore, Khartoum or Jakarta condemning Ahmadinejad? Why are the 57 members of the Organization of the Islamic Conference silent on this?

I don’t remember Ayan ever condemning Israel for her atrocities, or the US for its invasion of Iraq. By her reckoning she must also be one of those people whose silence is an “acquiescence” of such brutality.

How powerful is the Israeli Lobby?

As a result of the American Mid Term elections, the Republican party (Bush’s lot) got a good ass kicking. But who has come in to replace Bush henchmen? Well the speaker of the house of congress, a nice lady called Nancy Pelosi for one.

But is she really that nice from a Muslim point of view?

Here is a a very scary post that I stumbled upon, which I urge you to read:

As of 11/12/06, a search of AIPAC’s website for mention of Nancy Pelosi yields about 20+ results. Oddly, none of these pages are available anymore. AIPAC’s website gives a “Oops! We’re sorry, but we are unable to find the page you were looking for.” Grab the Google caches of these pages while you can. They’re soon to be gone.

One page in particular is of interest, but even a search on its title, “Save the Date for Policy Conference 2003″ yields nothing anymore. It’s still in cache as a direct link, however.

What makes it interesting is the lineup of speakers. Two House party leaders, Pelosi and DeLay, A Bush minion, three Israeli prime ministers, the Zionist head of the Red Cross (Healy) and a nice bipartisan collection of Senators. The place that the Republican and Democratic leaderships converge, without rancor or division, is Zionism.

And this page has disappeared from http://www.aipac.org since the election. It’s also disappeared from active searching of Google’s database. For those that think that some members of the Tribe in America don’t work together to stifle information and dissent, please pull your craniums from your posteriors.

If AIPAC stood for the American-Iranian PAC and she had just put America THIRD in her blessings (much less having given the speech at all), would she still be in office?

Only the deluded would even think to quibble with this question.

Pedler for the Holocaust Industry bares his Islamophobia

The people that perpetrated the Holocaust were evil. But how evil are those who use the Holocaust to push their own agenda?

A right wing radio host, Dennis Prager, recently wrote an article which essentially made up a false claim that the first Muslim congressman wanted to be sworn in using the Quran, not the Bible. What’s even more pathetic about this attack is the swearing-in ceremony for the House of Representatives never includes a religious book.

Previously I’ve always laughed at the notion held by some Muslims that the Zionists are always attacking Muslims. So you can imagine my surprise when I found out that Dennis Prager is also on the United States Holocaust Memorial Council and appointed by Bush himself for a five year term. I can imagine that remembering the holocaust does require a council but is it a coincidence that rabid Islamophobes always end up on these councils?

And not only an Islamophobe, but also an ardent supporter of Israel! A book written by him titled “Why the Jews?: The Reason for Anti-Semitism” no doubt talks about how everyone is attacking the Jews. The same old accusation against anyone who critcises Israel. In fact so great is his love for Israel he has even made a film about it.

Once again, nothing wrong with supporting Israel, but why is that 9 out of 10, supporters of Israel are always Islamophobic? To the point of deception.

Israel tries to divide Muslims

An article in today’s Washington Post tells us of a new strategy the Israeli government is thinking of pursing, after its humiliating losses in Lebanon.

Among some senior Israeli officials a different but even bolder idea is being quietly kicked around: the opening of a dialogue with Syria. The idea is to flip Syrian President Bashar al-Assad; to induce him to drop his alliance with Iran and join the moderate Sunni alliance that is quietly lining up against Tehran.

It seems Israel is trying its hand at the age old colonial game of divide and conquer. Now we have to wait and see if Syria falls for the bait. Personally I’m not going to hold my breath for too long. Muslim leaders have shown on many previous occasions a complete inability to think long term and have constantly fallen for every trap set by their enemies. As for the Mullahs, well I think they will jump on this bandwagon without hesitation. The religious extremists in Islam have always had a severe dislike for the opposite sect and I’m sure that Israeli strategists will be keen to use this element of Muslim stupidity to their benefit.

Also, who exactly are the “Sunni moderate alliance” referred to in this article?

First “Muslim” Miss UK Promotes Israel

The headline says it all, the first “Muslim” to win the Miss UK award, Hammasa Kohistani, has been promoting tourism in the state of Israel.

And this in the same week that the Israeli military finished a campaign of violence and murder in Beit Hanoun, the last attack killing 18 innocent Muslim civilians, mostly children.

The Veil, Part 2? Headscarves Cause Isolation

Remember the veil row? Many predicted that the veil row was just another attempt to demonise Muslims, although that may or may not have been the intention of Jack Straw.

Well, it seems that the ship has taken its true course. A Swedish Minister has gone down on the record as saying that the headscarf (hijab) worn by many Muslim women is “isolatory”.

‘The headscarf is a means of isolating the girl from her surroundings,’ she said.

Sabuni, 37, became Sweden’s first black cabinet minister following September elections that brought a centre-right government to power after 12 years of Social Democratic rule.

Sabuni, who is not herself a Muslim but comes from a Muslim family, must reconcile integration ideas she has proposed in the past to parliament with the new government’s milder policies.

I wouldn’t be too worried though, as it seems like another African female, who left Islam and most probably claimed asylum in Sweden, is desperately trying to fill the hole left by Hirshi “the fraud” Ali. I wonder what secrets Ms Sabuni has in her closet.

Haters of Islam and Muslims will always be around, and we need to tackle them. But the best way to do it is to show the general understanding public that we are not as demonic as some try to paint us.

Israel Targeted Rival Companies

We all know Israel destroyed a lot of civilian infrastructure during its horrific campaign against Lebanon. Israel claims it was because Hezbollah were hiding within these structures. I’ve always had my doubts about this, and to some extent they have received added confirmation when I came across the following story in the Daily Star (Lebanon)

BEIRUT: Israel targeted Lebanese factories which rivaled Israeli factories during the recent month-long war in Lebanon, Speaker Nabih Berri said Wednesday. Addressing MPs during a Parliament session to discuss and pass laws Wednesday, Berri, who was calling for a vote on a draft-law concerning importing dairy products from abroad, said: “The only reason behind the Israeli targeting of the Lebanese factories is the competition the Lebanese factories created.”

“Israel destroyed the Liban Lait dairy factory simply because it won a bid over an Israeli company to provide [the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon] with milk and dairy products,” he added.

The speaker said several other Lebanese factories in the South, Choueifat and the Bekaa Valley were destroyed because they “at one point or another, went into international bids against Israeli companies.”

Women only Jihad

The latest Muslim related offering from Channel 4 will be aired tonight at 8pm. I urge you all to watch it, as I think it will be compulsive viewing. You can watch the trailer, but be warned, trailers always show the more sensational elements.

I hope someone manages to record this and put it on-line.
